We only collect data you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- Full name (required)
- Email address (required)
- Company or business (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Project type, timeline and main goal (optional)
- The content of your message
We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal — pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent given via the form checkbox.
- Managing the business relationship if a project starts — performance of a contract.
- Meeting our legal obligations (accounting, tax) — legal obligation.
Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing, nor sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Recipients and processors
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and processing of contact form submissions (Netlify Forms).
- Our email provider — receipt and storage of messages related to your enquiry.
These providers may be located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Any transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.
5. Retention
- Enquiry with no follow-up: 3 years from the last contact.
- Contractual relationship: duration of the relationship, then statutory retention periods for accounting records.
6. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form is encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is restricted and authenticated.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email contact@dyou-agency.com. We reply within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
